PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Shaler Township Police are looking for witnesses who saw a man allegedly trying to enter several vehicles along Route 8.

Police have arrested a suspect, but need more information for their ongoing investigation.

Officials say the man was trying to enter parked cars outside the Eat n Park in Shaler Township.

Later, they say he also tried to get inside a car while the driver was stopped at the traffic signal at Route 8 and Saxonburg Boulevard and also tried to enter several more cars passing through the nearby Dunkin Donuts drive-through.

The suspect is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
