PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Rob Pratte talked to Sgt. Schubert from the Pittsburgh police, Cmdr. Donna Best from the Allegheny County Sheriffs Department and Kraig Makohus from the Special Olympics to talk about The Special Olympics Polar plunge.
The Plunge takes place Dec. 2 at 1 p.m.
