PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) — Steelers fullback Will Johnson joined The Fan Morning Show on Wednesday, and reminisced about the wild ride that brought him to his first NFL touchdown this week.

He said getting that first TD against the Redskins was a huge boost to his confidence.

“That was like a big weight lifted off my shoulder,” he explained.

He then told the story of him working in a factory as recently as last year, working in the shipping and handling department and dreaming of having a shot to play.

He also offered a breakdown of where he and his teammates stand entering Week 9.

The Steelers face the Giants on Sunday at 4:25 p.m., a game that can be seen locally on KDKA-TV.
