PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – CBS Sports NFL analyst Boomer Esiason  stopped by Vinnie and Cook on Friday.

Boomer discusses the Steelers’ win over the Giants, and that shows that they are a well-built team.  Boomer looks at the Steelers’ running back situation, and points out that many teams would like to have the problem that the Steelers have.

Boomer talks about Todd Haley’s positive influence on Ben Roethlisberger, and says that Roethlisberger is as solid as he has ever been.  If this continues, he will be in the MVP discussion.

Boomer concludes his conversation with the guys by looking at a few storylines around the NFL.
