CBS NFL Insider Jason LaCanfora: Roethlisberger "A Fast Healer"
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- CBS NFL insider Jason LaCanfora joined The Fan Morning Show on Wednesday to offer an update on the status of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
He said that he highly doubts that Roethlisberger will be back in time for this Sunday's match-up against the Ravens.
"I would think he's certainly back for the second Ravens game," LaCanfora said. "But we'll see. He's a fast healer."
He discussed how Roethlisberger's injury may be handled differently given Ben's importance to the team and explored the reasoning the team may use to either bring him back sooner or hold off on having him return.
