PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Elfinwild Volunteer Fire Company is hoping to use comedy to raise some extra money.

The department is trying to raise money for basic costs such as building upgrades, classes, equipment and bills.

And to do so, it’s hosting an “Elves Gone Wild” comedy show on Nov. 24.

The show will feature Matt “Buzz Nutley” Wohlfarth and Mike Wysocki of Pittsburgh’s WDVE morning show.

It’s only for ages 21 years and older — soda and light snacks will be provided.

All money raised will go to the fire department’s general fund.

Here are the event details:

  • Address is 2807 Mt. Royal Boulevard, Glenshaw 15116
  • Show starts at 8 p.m., doors open at 7:15 p.m.
  • Tickets are $15 and must be purchased before Nov. 22
  • Call Mike for tickets and info: 412-926-3022.
