UNION TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – Southwest Regional Police are looking for a man who robbed a Dairy Queen in Washington County Saturday night.

According to police, the robbery happened at the location on Route 88 in Union Township around 8:30 p.m.

A man wearing a mask allegedly walked in with a gun and demanded cash.

In a surveillance video, the suspect is seen chasing three female employees in the back of the store.

“The employees, and there were three in the store, they ran out of the store,” Southwest Regional Police Chief John Hartman said. “He actually chased them as they were running out of the store, chased after them with a gun pointed in their direction.”

This incident happened less than 24 hours after another Dairy Queen was robbed on Route 88 in Bethel Park.

In that robbery, a man with a mask demanded money and pointed a gun at the cashier.

There is no word if the two robberies are related at this time.
