PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – For the past 29 years, PNC Bank has released their Christmas Price Index, their most anticipated report of the year.

It shows the current cost for one set of each of the gifts given in the song, “The Twelve Days of Christmas,” and is similar to the Consumer Price Index, which measures changes in prices of goods and services like housing, food, clothing, transportation and more that reflect the spending habits of the average American.
