PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A teenage boy who was once revived by doctors after being shot in the neck, has now died.

16-year old Emmanuel White was shot last Thursday in McKeesport. The shooting happened on the corner of Craig Street and Brownlee Street near the Crawford Village housing project.

Allegheny County Police say two groups exchanged gunfire, of up to eight shots, one of those hit White.

The teen was originally taken to UPMC Presbyterian and was declared dead, and then revived by doctors.

Police are hoping someone with information about who pulled the trigger will come forward.
