What happens when someone gives you a gift that you didn't get one for? Or what if the gift you exchange is bigger/smaller than the one you receive? Should you give to your boss and coworkers? How do you handle downsizing? What if you have to trim some of the gift giving family tree- who do you cut and how do you go about doing it?
