PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Charges will be filed against the driver of a tractor trailer who ran over a pedestrian in the Strip District Tuesday.

The woman, 53-year-old Judith Koller, was hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk at the intersection of 14th and Smallman streets.

She was then hit two more times by a tractor trailer and an SUV, under which she was trapped.

Koller died as a result of her injuries.

The tractor trailer driver that hit Koller yesterday did not stop afterward.

Police say the driver may not have known that he or she drove over someone.

Tuesday afternoon, police found the tractor trailer on Interstate 90 near Erie.
