This week on the Steelers Huddle, Rania is making Hot and Sweet Kielbasa in the Heinz Red Zone!

STEELERS HUDDLE “Heinz Red Zone Recipe”: Hot and Sweet Kielbasa

2 pounds kielbasa – cut into 2-inch chunks

Hot and Sweet Barbecue Sauce:

• 1/4 cup Heinz cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1 jar orange marmalade
• 1 – 1/3 cups Heinz ketchup

Directions:

To make the sauce:

In a small saucepan, combine all of the sauce ingredients. Heat and stir until blended.

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill the kielbasa, turning several times, until it starts to brown. Brush the hot and sweet barbecue sauce over the kielbasa during the last few minutes of grilling.

Serve the grilled kielbasa with lots of toothpicks and extra sauce for dipping!

Serves: 2 hungry Steeler fans or 8 regular fans…
