Smoking Fan Forces Port Authority To Reroute Bus & "T" Service
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Port Authority says a smoking fan caused some issues with bus and "T" service this afternoon around the Mount Washington transit tunnel.
According to the Port Authority's website, all light rail trains had to be temporarily rerouted through the Allentown line because of the problem.
Buses were also detoured through both Arlington and Warrington Avenues.
However, according to the Port Authority's Twitter page, the tunnel has now reopened and service has returned to normal.
