PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – One Moon Township passerby caught the eye of many residents Sunday.

Multiple people reported seeing a large black bear roaming around several areas, including Moon Plaza.

Officials say the bear is around 350 pounds.

Our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette report that a bear weighing roughly 150 pounds was also spotted in Etna Saturday.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission was notified both times, the newspaper reports and conservation officers have helped search for the bears.
