Temperatures Continue To Drop

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The weather will continue to get colder Tuesday.

Some light snow showers are expected overnight and light winds will bring already cold temperatures down even more.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory between 10 p.m. tonight through 11 a.m Tuesday. Wind chills could be between 10 and 20 below zero.

Tuesday morning temperatures will be in the single digits, but with the wind chill factor will make it feel more like the below zero temperatures expected.

However, the day will clear up with the possibility of some sun shining through in the afternoon.

"Clouds will occasionally break for some sunshine tomorrow," KDKA's Chief Meteorologist Jeff Verszyla said.

With the wind chill factor, the temperature will stay close to zero, with a high of 14 degrees.

There is also a chance for a burst of snow overnight Wednesday and likely some accumulating snow again on Friday.
