PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Here’s a recap of the Monday edition of the KDKA Afternoon News.

Host Bill Rehkopf talked about the most recent top events, including the upcoming Super Bowl.

Rehkopf opened the show on that subject, by talking with Ron Cook from Sports Radio 93-7 The Fan, who’s in New Orleans this week for the Super Bowl.

Rehkopf also talked with two big names in Pennsylvania Fire — Pittsburgh Fire Chief Daryl Jones and Pennsylvania Fire Services Institute Executive Director Don Konkle about this weekend’s fatal nightclub fire disaster in Brazil, that killed at least 230 people.

Rehkopf also chated with Rob Owen from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette about the sensation that is Downton Abbey on PBS.

Finally, Rehkopf spoke with Lauren Ashburn from the Daily Download about Sunday night’s 60 minutes with Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama.
