LINCOLN-LEMINGTON (KDKA) – DUI charges could be filed after an accident in Pittsburgh’s Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood Tuesday night.

According to police, the accident happened near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Churchland Street around 11 p.m.

A house on the street was nearly hit by the vehicle.

Police said the driver and passenger appeared to be highly intoxicated and DUI charges could be filed.

The two women inside the vehicle were not seriously injured.
