PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – KDKA’s Rob Pratte talk with the Director of The Highmark Caring Place Terese Vorsheck and Ballet star Maria Caruso about what they have worked on together to help kids and their grief.

“Whispers of Light: A Story of Hope”, is an original ballet reflecting a child’s journey of grief. The Caring Place hopes this event will bring awareness of grieving children and what the Caring Place provides for kids that have lost a loved one.

The Bodiography Contemporary Ballet describes the ballet as a story of kids that have been helped through The Caring Place.

Caruso hopes that as an audience, people will share the feeling, thoughts and experiences of children who have lost loved ones.
