Police Probe Alleged Kidnapping Attempt

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are looking for the person who allegedly tried to attack and kidnap a woman in West Mifflin Monday night.

According to police, the incident happened around 10 p.m. at Empire Beauty School in Century Square.

A woman claimed she was attacked by a person who sprayed something in her face and was possibly attempting to kidnap her.

The suspect is described as being a white male in his 20s with a scruffy goatee. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored jacket and blue jeans.

The suspect reportedly was driving a four-door light green or turquoise vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
