White is also accused of fondling a 15-year-old student. According to a criminal complaint, that girl told police the alleged assaults began last September. Investigators say she reported being allegedly fondled and grabbed inappropriately.
At school, authorities say the girl said that White boasted of having money, cars and multiple homes in an attempt to lure her to his house. She refused, telling police, “he wanted too much.”
White tells his attorneys that both alleged victims are not being truthful.
KDKA’s Bob Allen Reports:
“We did mention this to our client who believes that this, you know, another victim who’s in the same boat,” Gallo said. “A troubled girl who, you know, we definitely challenge the truth and veracity of her statements at this point.”
“Let’s slow down here. We live in America and he is innocent until if ever proven guilty,” added Blaine Jones, White’s other defense attorney. “He is an innocent man.”
Until the charges are resolved, White – who teaches computer technology – has been removed from the classroom.
He is in the Allegheny County Jail, and is awaiting arraignment.
