BREEZEWOOD (KDKA) – It was not the way some college students wanted to remember their spring break.

A bus full of Penn State University students had to be evacuated after the bus caught fire over the weekend.

It happened along Interstate 70 in Bedford County, near Breezewood.

Three buses were taking the students back to campus from Maryland when smoke began pouring from one of the buses.

It is not known what led to the bus catching on fire, but everyone was able to get out safely.
