LATROBE (KDKA) — State police have released surveillance video of a man stealing from the Latrobe Walmart.

It shows the man trying to cut the cables that hold a laptop computer to the shelf.

He brought his own tools into the store.

After about 10 minutes, he moves on to the televisions where he stole a 51-inch Samsung worth about $550.

He was in the store about 15 minutes.

Police say this thief was both shameless and determined.

They are confident an arrest will be made.

Anyone with information about the identity of the man in the video should contact state police in Greensburg. Tips can remain anonymous.
