Hundreds Mourn Killed Seton Hill Coach

GREENSBURG (KDKA) – Many on the Seton Hill University campus mourned the loss of the women's lacrosse coach who died Saturday in a bus crash.

The coach, 30-year-old Kristina Quigley, and the bus driver were killed as a result of the accident.

Quigley was also about six months pregnant – her unborn did not survive either.

Sunday night, about 600 students packed St. Joseph's Chapel for a memorial service – so many that there was standing room only.

Many were overcome with emotion after losing Quigley just one day earlier.

Prayers were said and the community mourned together. Some of those hardest hit were members of the lacrosse team.

They carried red and white roses in memory of their coach.

Five of the lacrosse members were also hurt in the crash, including Freshman Amanda Michalski.

Quigley left behind a husband and son.
