The Pittsburgh Business Times’ 2013 ranking of Western Pennsylvania schools is out.

In Allegheny County, the Upper St. Clair School District was ranked number one for the eighth year in a row.

Mount Lebanon came in at number two, and the North Allegheny School District rounded out the top three.

Another achievement goes to Seneca Valley. It jumped three spots from last year to number 12.
