Man Arrested After Police Find "Justin Beiber" Heroin

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man is in police custody after he was found with several bags of "Justin Beiber" heroin.

Police say 20-year-old Terrance Harris of the West End was in the custody of an Allegheny County Probation officer for an outstanding armed robbery warrant. When police arrived to interview Harris, they found heroin, marijuana and more than $700 in cash.

He was then charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and former convict not to own a firearm, and then taken to the Allegheny County Jail.

After that, police got a warrant and searched his house where they also found a Westpoint shotgun and two handguns – one of which was stolen.

The four bundles of heroin found on Harris at the time of his arrest contained a total of 39 stamped bags. Police say 32 bags were labeled "9MM" and seven bags were labeled "Justin Beiber."

Police say the drugs' street value is about $400.
