Fight Over Fish Leads To Arrest

GREENVILLE, Pa. (KDKA) – Police say an argument turned violent, after a woman pulled a knife and threatened to stab two people over the cooking of a fish.

Pennsylvania State Police say it started as an argument between 48-year-old Lynn Irwin of Greenville, Kristopher Irwin, and Rachael Vanderslice.

Police say Lynn Irwin was allegedly upset about the cooking of her fish.

That's when officers say she grabbed a knife and threatened to stab Kristopher, and then charged at Vanderslice.

As Vanderslice was trying to get away, Irwin allegedly swung the knife at her.

Neither of the victims were hurt.

Irwin was arrested, and charged with assault, terrorist threats, harassment, and reckless endangerment.

She is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
