Man Confirmed Dead After Suspected Domestic Dispute
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man shot during an alleged domestic dispute Monday who was described as dead, then alive, has been confirmed as dead.
Initially after the incident, police mistakenly said 50-year-old Joseph Lupo had died after being shot.
Tuesday night though, Lupo was listed as in the hospital in critical condition.
Police say Lupo’s wife, 50-year-old Caroline Lupo, indicated that her husband shot himself after shooting her three times during a suspected domestic dispute at their Mahoning Township home.
Caroline Lupo is recovering from her injuries.
However, police say Joseph Lupo eventually died of his injuries Friday.
