3 Dead, Including Boy, In Brady Township Crash

BRADY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Two adults and a 2-year-old boy died when a minivan went off the road, flipped and smashed into a tree in Brady Township, Butler County.

State Police Lt. Eric Hermick says they're investigating the possibility the driver fell asleep behind the wheel and crossed the center line.

A witness says the minivan hit a tree stump, and then the back end went straight up in the air before the van flew into a tree.

Police say the driver, Kimberly McLaughlin - believed to be from the Moon Township area - was killed, as was passenger Terry Cramer, Jr. Also killed was 2-year-old Terry Cramer III.

Two other children in the car were flown to the hospital.

The conditions of the two girls, ages 11 and 2, are unknown.

Police believe they are the driver's daughters.

A neighbor got emotional talking about what happened, saying that looking at the wrecked minivan gave her chills.
