Advanced Pharmaceutical Recalls Enteric-Coated Aspirin

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KDKA) - Advanced Pharmaceutical issued a voluntary recall for a batch of enteric-coated aspirin.

The pills affected were 81 milligram pills, with a Rugby Laboratories label, with an expiration date of Jan. 2015.

The lot number is 13A026.

The company issued the recall after a complaint that a bottle labeled enteric-coated aspirin tablets actually contained acetaminophen tablets.
