Dog Statue Returned To Shop Uptown

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A 200-pound dog statue that went missing from Pittsburgh's Uptown neighborhood has been returned.

The wiener dog statue went missing last week from outside of artist James Simon's Gist Street shop.

Residents were distraught over the loss of the artwork and pleaded for its return.

However, it was back home Sunday, but with a broken paw.

It's unclear who returned the statue or who took it and where it was.
