WASHINGTON COUNTY (KDKA) – Dive teams removed the body of an elderly man, who fell into a resorvoir while riding his Bobcat skid-loader.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday along State Route 136 in Fallowfield Township.

According to police, Samuel Vignoli, 87, of New Eagle, was working on a Bobcat skid-loader, when it appears it slid down a steep embankment and into the pond.
