4 Pirates Teammates To Play On All-Star Team

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Four of the Pirates have been named to the National League All-Star team.

Andrew McCutchen, Pedro Alvarez, Jason Grilli and Jeff Lock will all play in the All-Star team for the All-Star game in New York this year.

This is the third-straight year that the Pirates have had multiple players named to the team. It's also the third straight year for McCutchen.

McCutchen was selected this year by the players, the team said.
