Woman And Her Children Harassed By Man In Car In Carnegie

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after Dena Filmer of Carnegie said she was walking to the store Tuesday night.

She was walking from her Washington Avenue home in Carnegie, and she was followed and sexually harassed by a driver, who was closely following her and her two children who were with her at the time.

Her children are 3, and 6 months old.

Filmer told KDKA-TV'S Ralph Iannotti "we had just left the house, this guy kept calling out over and over to use, I don't know if he was calling the kids, or me."

She said the man made sexually explicit gestures, after stopping his car near the corner of Boden and Washington Avenue.

She called 911, but, by the time police arrived a few minutes later, the guy was gone.

She described him as white, heavy set, either bald or with light hair.

She said he was driving a two door dark sedan, with a partial plate number F-N-E-7-1.
