The vehicle is believed to have been involved in an incident about half of a mile away near the intersection of Upland and Lang Streets. The driver of the SUV may have been shot at. He then hit another vehicle before getting out of the vehicle and running from the scene.

A female passenger was left alone in the vehicle.
