Dollar Bank Hour: Credit Repair

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — On this week's edition of the Dollar Bank Hour, Mike Henry of Dollar Bank joined KDKA Radio's Robert Mangino. They welcomed Senior Account Executive of Veri-Tax, David Cannone, to discuss credit history.

Maintaining a good credit history is essential when it comes to keeping a high credit score.

"It takes time to build a credit history, but you can wreck your credit history in one month," said Cannone.

Credit reports are just as important as a credit score. Lenders pay close attention to the amount of credit a consumer has and how they manage their finances.

"It's important to keep your credit cards active and pay the bills on time," said Cannone.

Cannone also weighed in on disputing various items on a credit report, he also gave callers advice on specific questions about credit repair.
