Man Charged With Child Porn, Could Face Deportation
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A local man is facing possible deportation after he was charged with child pornography.
Police say Gerardo Perez Bercian was charged on multiple counts of possessing child pornography and distributing it, as well as criminal use of a communication facility.
Bercian allegedly had files online containing sexually graphic acts involving children.
Police say he was also using his brother's identity in the U.S., but could be deported to Mexico if convicted.
He is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
