Plenty Of Fun To Be Had In Pittsburgh This Labor Day Weekend

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- There's plenty going on this Labor Day weekend in Pittsburgh.

The Pirates take on the St. Louis Cardinals for a three-game series at PNC Park in a battle over first place in the Central Division.

"They've handled them well all season long, and I think they're gonna continue to do so," said Irvin Williams, a Pirates fan.

On Saturday after the game is SkyBlast, which means both fireworks and music. The music provided by the band Third Eye Blind.

All weekend, the Heinz Field Ribfest is going on.

There are rides and plenty of ribs.

"I'm wiling to try all them," said Ernie Dzikowski, a ribfest goer. "I got enough room. I saved up!"

Also, a list of musical acts.

Finally, on Labor Day is a match up inside Heinz Field.

The Pitt Panthers take on Florida State at 8 p.m.
