LAWRENCEVILLE (KDKA) – Police are looking for a man who allegedly stole items from a gas station convenience store and then crashed his car into the gates of a cemetery.

According to police, the incident started at the Sunoco gas station at the corner of Main Street and Penn Avenue in Lawrenceville around 2:35 a.m.

The man allegedly started ripping things off the shelves and knocking things over before he fled the store with some items in his pockets.

The suspect got into a Cadillac and rammed the iron gates at the Allegheny Cemetery in Garfield, which caused some severe damage.

No arrests have been made and a description of the suspect has not been released.
