Disabled Army Veteran Missing In Oakmont

OAKMONT (KDKA) -- Oakmont Police are asking for help from the public as they search for a disabled Army veteran who went missing last week.

According to police, 53-year-old Ronald Krenke was last seen around 11 a.m. on Aug. 30 in the 500-block of Allegheny Avenue.

Family and friends say they have not heard from him since and are concerned because Krenke has a history of health problems including congestive heart failure and stroke.

Krenke is described as five-feet-nine-inches tall, 180 pounds with reddish brown hair.

Authorities say he walks with a noticeable limp.

He was last seen wearing a tan dress shirt and tan pants.

Anyone who has seen Krenke is asked to call the Oakmont Police at 412-826-1578.
