Larry Foote Was An 'Emotional Wreck' While Watching Steelers/Bengals

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) — Steelers linebacker Larry Foote joined The Fan Morning Show in his regular weekly spot on Tuesday, after the Steelers fell to the Bengals 20-10 in Cincinnati the night before, dropping to 0-2 on the season.

Foote told the guys that his recovery from surgery has gone well, and and that last night was the last hurdle to get over, because it meant watching a game instead of being in it. He said that he wished he could have made the trip, but simply wasn't able to. He will be back with the team this week, and is hoping to do whatever he can to help out.

He explained that he feels the pain of Steeler Nation, as he was an emotional wreck just like everyone else last night, watching the game yelling at the TV screen on every call.

Foote joins The Fan Morning Show every Tuesday at 8 a.m.
