PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) — Steelers linebacker Larry Foote tells the guys on The Fan Morning Show in his weekly spot that the turnovers are avoiding this defense and that has been a big reason for the Steelers 0-3 start.

“The devil is in those pigskins,” Foote said. “They just don’t like us.”

Foote said the loss to the Bears Sunday night was another emotional one. He thought the Steelers outplayed the Bears with the exception of the turnovers.

“We hold on to the ball we win that game,” Foote said. “I blame the devil.”

He said he is about to bring a live chicken into the locker room to turn things around.

Foote admits that the team is not playing well, but he can see the improvement, especially with the offensive line. He said they just have to figure out how to win games and come up with that signature play.

Foote doesn’t think this is a bad team. The leaders and talent are there, they just need to find a way to win a game.

Foote joins The Fan Morning Show every Tuesday morning at 8 am on Sportsradio 93-7 The Fan.
