1 Arrested After Man Killed In Bar Shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – One person has been arrested in connection with a fatal bar shooting last week.

Police say they arrested 37-year-old Jay Morrison Thursday night after getting a tip from the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force.

The arrest came after 40-year-old Harold Cabbagestalk was found lying on the floor of the Flamingo Bar on Wylie Avenue Sept. 16.

He was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, where he later died.

Witnesses say they saw Cabbagestalk and Morrison argue in the bar before Cabbagestalk was shot eight times.

Police say they found Morrison at Lady Di’s bar in Homewood, where they arrested him.

Morrison is charged with criminal homicide and carrying a firearm without a license.
