Road Closed After Truck Blocks T In Beechview
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Workers are trying to remove a truck blocking the T tracks in Beechview.
Around 9 p.m., county officials said a truck hit a pole, getting stuck on the trolley tracks in the 2300-block of Broadway Avenue.
Officials say the section of Broadway is closed in both directions.
At 10:30 p.m. workers were still trying to remove the pickup from the street, where it was hanging over the edge of the road.
No word on what caused the driver to crash or any injuries.
