Suisham Named AFC Special Teams Player Of The Week
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Pittsburgh Steelers knocked off the Baltimore Ravens 19-16 on Sunday and now, the NFL is recognizing one key player in the victory.
Kicker Shaun Suisham has been named as the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.
Suisham connected on all four attempted field goals in the contest, including a 42-yarder as time expired to give the Steelers the win.
According to the Steelers, it was the eighth game-winning field goal of his career and the sixth as a member of the Steelers.
Suisham has been very effective this season and has converted all 14 field goals he's attempted.
This is the fourth time Suisham has been named as the Special Teams Player of the Week in his career.
