2 Arrested After Police Find Bricks OF Heroin In Recording Studio

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Two people were arrested after police found heroin at a local rap recording studio.

Police searched an apartment in Polish Hill Thursday and inside they found six bricks of heroin, as well as marijuana, cash and stamp bags ready for packaging heroin, as well as other drug paraphernalia.

The apartment is also used as a recording studio for several local rap artists, police say.

After finding the drugs, police arrested 28-year-old Ross Rice-Carlisle of the Hill District and 28-year-old Maurice Ford of Verona.

Rice-Carlisle is faces multiple drug charges, including possession and possession with intent to deliver. Ford was issued a summons arrest for possession of marijuana.
