Heinz Red Zone: Number One Nachos

STEELERS HUDDLE “Heinz Red Zone Recipe”: Number One Nachos
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
- 1 package (8 oz.) tortilla chips
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced fresh tomato
In a medium skillet, brown beef until thoroughly cooked, 5-6 minutes. Drain fat.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and water and simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in Heinz Ketchup and heat.
Place chips in a baking dish overlapping chips slightly. Top chips with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 400-degree oven, 3-5 minutes to melt cheese. Top with diced tomato.
