Evans is the second suspect arrested in connection with the December 12th shooting at an apartment in Mt. Lebanon.

Police are now looking for a third suspect, who goes by the street name “Chubbs” and frequents the Wilkinsburg area.

He is described as a light-skinned black male in his early twenties with a thin mustache.

The man was wearing a dark-colored hooded coat and a “49ers” red and white knit hat at the time of the shooting.
