New Years Day Cocktail
- 2 cups Prosecco, chilled
- 4 ounces Aperol (or to taste)
- 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
- 2 cups pomegranate juice, chilled
- Orange slices, for garnish
Combine the Prosecco, Aperol, orange juice, and pomegranate juice in a pitcher and pour into 6 Champagne glasses.
Garnish with orange slices and serve.
