6 Injured In Armstrong Co. Rollover Crash
KITTANNING (KDKA) -- Six people, including four children, were seriously injured in a rollover crash Tuesday afternoon in Armstrong County.
The accident happened just after 1:20 p.m. along Route 839 in Cowanshannock Township.
According to state police, Chytel Righi, of Dayton, Pa., was headed southbound in a Chevrolet Cavalier when the car left the road.
The vehicle hit a culvert and then rolled onto its roof.
State police say Righi, her passenger - identified as Kody Righi, also of Dayton, Pa. - as well as four kids who were also in the vehicle all sustained severe injuries.
They were taken to local hospitals for treatment, but there's been no word on their conditions.
State police in Kittanning continue to investigate the crash.
