Bamboo Steamed Salmon And Vegetables
For a healthy food option, try chef Anthony Marino's bamboo steamed salmon and vegetables!
Ingredients:
- 4 oz salmon filet
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 scallions
- bok choy and assorted vegetables
Directions:
1.Marinate salmon filet , sprinkle with scallions
2.Arrange in steamer on plate
3.Prep vegetables , place vegetables on bottom steamer and fish on top steamer
4.Place over boiling water pot and steam 7 to 10 minutes
