  • 4 oz salmon filet
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 scallions
  • bok choy and assorted vegetables


1.Marinate salmon filet , sprinkle with scallions

2.Arrange in steamer on plate

3.Prep vegetables , place vegetables on bottom steamer and fish on top steamer

4.Place over boiling water pot and steam 7 to 10 minutes
